Inspection Defects

Gutters on the home are at some time over looked. When overlooked there could be a problem with leaves and other items that get in the way of the water flow to the drain spouts. This will cause the water to build up under the shingles of the roof. In the colder areas this will cause ice dams and tear down the gutters off the home.
