The inspection it self takes in the area of about 2-4 hours with you finding out how your home is going to be. We start with the driveway and outside area of the home checking the foundation and the windows, the drainage and outside meters. We then check the roof, and if possible we will go up on the roof. ( there is roofs that may not be safe to climb on to.) Going into the home is the next step checking everything from carpet to walls and ceiling. Plumbing is ran and checked for leaks and drainage. Windows are checked for being functional. The electrical is checked in the main panel and through the home. When possible the A/C is checked and also the heating unit.Water heater is also looked over to check for leaks. The attic is also check to make sure there is enough insulation for the home.
